Wow, is it hot outside! The temps are expected to be well over 100 degrees for the next few days. Club57 will still be training throughout this heat wave. However, there will be adjustments made to the program. In addition to cooling fans, and plenty of cold water to drink, we will take mandatory breaks every ten minutes.
